This role has been super enriching and fun as I transition from strategy to execution and strategy implementation in my career. Previously, extensive experience in Management Consulting for 6+ years (including 3+ years with McKinsey and Company (current company) and 3 years with Monitor Group). Served large Indian, MNCs and non-profit sector clients on growth strategy, margin transformation, pricing, cost reduction, business planning, organization design, leadership development, operational improvement and implementation support. Independently managed & developed relationships with senior client members; leading small teams on client engagements. Sector focus: Automotive & Assembly, Power, Oil and Gas, Real estate, Infrastructure, Industrial, Consumer goods.
