I have over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on women’s health and wellness. I hold a Global MBA from London Executive Academy and an Executive MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, as well as certificate courses in digital marketing, project management, and strategic marketing. My core competencies include market planning, business planning, sales operations, customer relationship management, strategic planning and execution, and pharmaceutics. I lead the business operations of five divisions in the therapeutic areas of gynaecology, infertility, orthopaedics, paediatrics, general wellness, nutraceuticals, and multi-speciality. I manage a field force of 2700 people and an annual turnover of 750 Crs. I have successfully launched and managed several legacy and new brands in the gynaecology and infertility segments, delivering innovative and quality solutions for women’s health and wellness. My mission is to lead and empower a high-performing team of professionals, and to achieve operational excellence and sustainable growth for MEYER VITABIOTICS.
