She is a Founder & Director of PHSPL a Consulting Organization, functioning as KPO to support capacity building in public and private healthcare organizations. Her expertise on healthcare organizations facility designing & planning, strategic alliances, business planning & operations, quality & accreditation implementation, audits, academic excellence, training & skilling of healthcare professionals etc. She has experience of partnering with 120+ medical education and healthcare organizations for advisory and consultation activities in last 5 years on various projects in both public & private sectors.
