Dr. Mani completed her MBBS from Thoothukudi Government Medical College, affiliated with Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, followed by an MS in Obstetrics & Gynecology from Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai. During her postgraduate training, she was awarded two Gold Medals—one for achieving the highest academic performance and another as the Best Outgoing Student of her batch. She subsequently completed a one-year fellowship in reproductive medicine with NOVA-IVI, receiving advanced training in IVF, ICSI, IUI, ovulation induction, follicular monitoring, male infertility, ERA, HSG, and other advanced fertility procedures.
