Currently, I serve as General Manager/Country Head for the India & South Asia region at Leica Biosystems, Danaher Corporation, where I lead market expansion, build high-performing teams, and position Leica as a trusted partner in cancer diagnostics for hospitals, laboratories, and research institutions. Previously, I was the Founder & CEO of Infinity MedTech Innovations, where I collaborated with global MedTech innovators to bring breakthrough technologies to the APAC markets. I led end-to-end commercialization—from regulatory strategy to clinical adoption—for novel surgical devices in emerging markets. Earlier in my career, I held senior leadership roles at Stryker and Medtronic: • At Stryker, I led the Endoscopy & Oncology business, delivering 27% YoY growth and winning APAC’s Best Franchise Award in 2024. • At Medtronic, I was instrumental in the global launch and scale-up of Surgical Robotics across India & Southeast Asia, driving the first global Hugo™ RAS sale, establishing APAC’s first experience center, and establishing CoE with leading institutions like AIIMS Delhi for surgeon training.
