Dr. Atul Mohan Kochhar is a distinguished clinician, academic, and quality-advancement leader in India’s healthcare sector, serving as Chief Executive Officer of the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH)—the apex healthcare quality and accreditation body under the Quality Council of India that sets national benchmarks for patient safety and overall excellence in healthcare delivery.

An alumnus of Delhi University, Dr. Kochhar completed his MBBS and MD in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprology, earning University Gold Medals for excellence, and holds postgraduate credentials including DNB, MNAMS, and Fellowship with the American Academy of Dermatology, highlighting his robust clinical grounding and commitment to medical science.
