Dr. Harpreet Kaur is a highly experienced clinical pathologist and senior laboratory leader serving as medical superintendent and head of lab services & blood center at Aakash Healthcare Super Speciality Hospital, where she oversees pathology, transfusion medicine, and comprehensive diagnostic operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and clinical excellence across the department. With more than 18 years of professional experience, she has built a strong reputation for diagnostic precision, quality assurance, and laboratory leadership in premier healthcare settings across India.

Dr. Kaur completed her MBBS and Diploma in Clinical Pathology from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education and further earned her DNB (Pathology) from Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre—one of India’s foremost cancer care and diagnostic institutions. Beyond her clinical qualifications, she has also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, completed leadership and healthcare management programs, and serves as an assessor for medical laboratories and NABH blood bank standards, reflecting her commitment to operational excellence, quality frameworks, and international best practices.

Before her current leadership role, Dr. Kaur gained valuable experience serving as a consultant pathologist and transfusion medicine specialist at Artemis Hospitals and earlier as a district pathologist for the Government of Delhi, where she worked across hematology, cytopathology, clinical pathology, and blood bank services. These roles strengthened her clinical acumen and operational oversight, equipping her to build and lead high-performing laboratory teams and systems.
