Dr. J. L. Meena (Dr. Jeetu Lal Meena) is a highly respected public health expert and quality-assurance leader serving as **Joint Director & Division Head – Service Provider Engagement at the National Health Authority (NHA), the apex body responsible for implementing India’s flagship health protection scheme Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY) and advancing quality and access in the nation’s healthcare system.
