Manika is one of the youngest infertility specialists and entrepreneurs in the country. She has more than 7,000 successful IVF treatments to her credit. She was educated and trained in India, Germany, and Australia. Manika has many awards to her credit. She is a Delhi Ratan awardee in 2008, given by the President of India, Pratibha Patil. She is also a recipient of the Mahila achiever award in 2011. She has also been awarded Woman Achiever of the Year 2015-2016, by the Hon. Lt. Governor of Goa, Smt. Mridula Sinha.
