Raghu Ram is one of India’s most distinguished breast cancer surgeons, healthcare visionaries, and public health advocates, currently serving as the Founding Director & Consultant Surgeon of KIMS–Ushalakshmi Centre for Breast Diseases, Hyderabad, as well as the Founder, CEO & Director of the Ushalakshmi Breast Cancer Foundation. Widely regarded as a pioneer in breast healthcare in South Asia, he has fundamentally transformed breast cancer awareness, diagnosis, treatment, and policy advocacy in India through clinical excellence, institutional innovation, and nationwide public health initiatives.
