Appointed in December 2025, his role is central to strengthening Thyrocare’s position as one of India’s leading diagnostic service providers, particularly as it continues to scale under its parent entity, API Holdings.

With over 17 years of experience in the diagnostics sector, Dr. Kinha brings deep expertise in laboratory operations, quality systems, and healthcare service delivery. His leadership approach is rooted in building high-performance diagnostic networks that prioritize accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility—key pillars in a sector where timely and reliable results directly impact patient outcomes.

Prior to joining Thyrocare, he served as Group Director – Laboratory Services at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre, where he led critical operational and quality transformation initiatives. His career also includes senior leadership roles at prominent healthcare organizations such as Apollo Health & Lifestyle, Medall Healthcare, Metropolis Healthcare, and SRL, where he consistently drove operational improvements and system-wide efficiencies.

Academically, Dr. Kinha is a qualified medical professional holding an MBBS and an MD in pathology, complemented by advanced leadership programs from institutions such as the Indian Institute of Management Nagpur and the Indian School of Business. As a certified NABL assessor, he brings strong domain expertise in laboratory accreditation, regulatory compliance, and quality governance—areas that are critical in maintaining trust and consistency in diagnostic services.
