Dr. Raza Siddiqui is a seasoned healthcare leader and visionary executive who serves as Chief Executive Officer of Arabian Healthcare Group (AHG) LLC and Executive Director of its flagship institution, RAK Hospital, in the United Arab Emirates. With a career spanning more than three decades across healthcare management, operations, and strategic development, Dr. Siddiqui is widely recognized for his role in building high-quality, internationally accredited care platforms and advancing Ras Al Khaimah as a destination for both regional healthcare delivery and medical tourism.

Dr. Siddiqui began his professional journey in the pharmaceutical sector with leading companies such as Ranbaxy and Lupin Laboratories in India before transitioning into healthcare leadership roles that saw him contribute to major multi-specialty hospital ventures, including operational leadership at Belhoul Specialty Hospital, Dubai, on behalf of the Apollo Hospitals Group. His cross-border experience and strategic insight have been pivotal in forging partnerships and bringing world-class clinical expertise to the Gulf region.

Since joining Arabian Healthcare Group in 2006 and assuming the CEO role in 2012, Dr. Siddiqui has driven organizational growth that now spans 11 countries and employs a diverse healthcare workforce of more than 650 professionals. Under his leadership, RAK Hospital has developed into a tertiary care center offering advanced services—including cardiac surgery, neurosurgery, joint replacements, and minimally invasive care—and holds prestigious global accreditations such as Joint Commission International (JCI) and affiliation with the Swiss Leading Hospitals network.

A strategic collaborator and innovator, he has led AHG’s expansion efforts through alliances with international institutions such as Dignity Health International (CommonSpirit Health) and academic partners to elevate clinical standards and integrate digital innovation into care pathways.
