Dr. Shipra Thukral is a distinguished healthcare leader, scientist, and business executive currently serving as the Country General Manager—India, CooperSurgical, a global leader in fertility and women’s health solutions. With nearly two decades of experience spanning medical devices, diagnostics, fertility care, and commercial leadership, she has played a pivotal role in advancing assisted reproductive technology (ART) standards, expanding access to fertility solutions, and strengthening clinical partnerships across India. Under her leadership, CooperSurgical India continues to drive innovation, education, and quality improvement in reproductive healthcare.

Dr. Thukral holds a Ph.D. in Immunology from the National Institute of Immunology (NII), New Delhi, following postgraduate studies at PGIMER, Chandigarh, and undergraduate studies at the University of Delhi. Recognizing the importance of strategic leadership, she also completed an Executive Advanced Management Programme in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow, combining scientific expertise with business acumen.
