She has been the Head of Department & Coordinator – Reproductive Biology Centre at Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, hence training thousands of IVF Specialists, currently Director of The Matritava Advanced IVF & Training Center, and Dean of the Faculty of Medical Sciences – University Of Delhi.
