Dr. Sukriti Chauhan is a public health policy expert, social impact strategist, and founder of ETI Services (Empower. Transform. Inspire.), an organization dedicated to advancing health equity, gender rights, and community-driven development in India. An INLAKS Scholar, she combines academic excellence with grassroots engagement to design and scale interventions that address complex public health and social challenges.
Trained as a lawyer with a Master’s in International Development Law and Human Rights from the University of Warwick and a PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Dr. Chauhan brings a multidisciplinary perspective that integrates law, policy, and public health. Her research, including her doctoral work on the social and legal impact of HIV/AIDS on vulnerable women, reflects a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and rights-based approaches to healthcare.
With over a decade of experience, she has worked across leading global and national organizations, including PATH, Global Health Strategies, and major philanthropic institutions. She has led high-impact initiatives in areas such as tuberculosis control, sexual and reproductive health, maternal and child health, and adolescent well-being, often working closely with government bodies, international agencies, and senior policymakers. Her leadership in national campaigns—such as large-scale tuberculosis awareness initiatives—has contributed to shaping public discourse and influencing policy at the highest levels.
As founder of ETI Services, Dr. Chauhan focuses on leveraging advocacy, communications, and research to empower vulnerable communities and drive systemic change. The organization works on issues including mental health, gender equity, adolescent health, and community empowerment, with an emphasis on translating evidence into actionable policy and on-ground impact.
Beyond her institutional work, she is an active voice in national and international forums, contributing to conversations on public health policy, social justice, and development strategy. Known for her ability to bridge the gap between policy, science, and community realities, Dr. Sukriti Chauhan continues to champion inclusive, rights-based healthcare systems that prioritize the needs of the most underserved populations.
