Dr. Vaibhav Salvi is a senior clinical research leader in the global pharmaceutical industry and currently serves as director & head of the Clinical Study Unit for India and Southeast Asia in the Clinical Sciences & Operations division at Sanofi. In this role, he oversees regional clinical research operations, contributing to the development and execution of clinical trials that support the advancement of innovative therapies across multiple therapeutic areas.

With extensive experience in pharmaceutical research and development, Dr. Salvi leads the Clinical Study Unit responsible for coordinating clinical trials across India and Southeast Asia. His responsibilities include strategic oversight of clinical study design, operational delivery of multinational trials, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with research institutions, investigators, and healthcare organizations to ensure the efficient conduct of clinical research programs.

Dr. Salvi plays a key role in strengthening regional participation in global clinical development programs by enabling research sites and healthcare systems to contribute to international drug development pipelines.
