Kiran is responsible for the operation and expansion of Paytm’s extensive payments network, which has redefined the payment experience for millions of customers across India. In his earlier role, Kiran was the head of the telecom team in Paytm’s parent company, One97 Communications.

He has more than a decade of experience in the telecom and Internet sector. Prior to joining One97 in 2009, he served as the regional business manager at IBM and led the company through a period of outstanding growth. He has also served in Comverse and VocalTec.

Kiran holds an MBA from the University of Bedfordshire and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Mumbai.
