He is focused on expanding evidence-based nutritional solutions across women’s health, fertility, immunity, chronic disease management, and preventive healthcare. Before joining UNS in 2022, Pratin served as President – India Business at Emcure Pharmaceuticals, where he led the company’s ₹2,000-crore domestic formulations business across multiple therapeutic segments. Earlier, as Senior Vice President – Chronic & Emerging Business at Cipla, he successfully managed one of India’s largest chronic care portfolios. He also held several senior commercial and strategic leadership roles at Sanofi, Novartis, and Ernst & Young, building deep expertise in business development, commercial operations, market research, business excellence, and organizational transformation.

An alumnus of the University of Mumbai, Pratin holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Master of Management Studies (MMS) in Marketing, complemented by a Diploma in Systems Management from NIIT. His multidisciplinary background combines scientific understanding with strong commercial and strategic leadership capabilities, enabling him to successfully lead large-scale healthcare businesses in highly competitive markets.
