Neeraj holds a B.Tech + M.Tech in Biochemical Engineering & Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, where his formative years instilled in him not only analytical rigor but also a lifelong commitment to solving complex real-world problems through innovation. Prior to founding PeakMind, he built foundational experience in technology and business, including roles in software engineering and leadership, and co-founded ItsMyMeal, an early food-tech venture focused on nutritionally balanced meals delivered via an online model. He also founded Purnatvam Foundation, a social initiative addressing education, healthcare, and child empowerment—reflecting his enduring commitment to community impact.

Under his leadership, PeakMind has developed a comprehensive suite of digital and personalized solutions—blending behavioral science, positive psychology, performance coaching, and technology to address stress, anxiety, low motivation, self-doubt, and emotional challenges in students of all ages.
