With more than two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries, he has built a distinguished career driving business growth, scientific engagement, and innovation across gynecology, infertility, endocrinology, and preventive healthcare.

At Universal NutriScience, Nikhil plays a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s position as a science-led nutraceutical organization focused on evidence-based solutions for women’s health. He oversees the Women’s Health portfolio, working closely with clinicians, fertility specialists, and healthcare institutions to promote clinically validated nutritional interventions that complement reproductive medicine and preventive healthcare. He has been instrumental in expanding UNS’s scientific collaborations, educational initiatives, and product portfolio within the IVF and obstetrics–gynecology ecosystem.

Before joining UNS, Nikhil held several senior leadership positions with leading healthcare companies. As Business Unit Head – Gynecology and Infertility Division at Emcure Pharmaceuticals, he successfully led one of India’s prominent women’s healthcare businesses. Earlier, he served as General Manager – Sales & Marketing at VHB Life Sciences, where he managed the Gynecology, IVF, and Pediatric Vaccines portfolio, and as Associate Director at Cipla, leading the company’s Gynecology and IVF business. His career also includes leadership roles at LG Life Sciences India, where he was responsible for the company’s India business across gynecology, infertility, endocrinology, and institutional healthcare.

Recognized for his deep understanding of reproductive healthcare, Nikhil is an active participant in scientific forums, fertility conferences, and medical education programmes. He advocates a holistic approach to fertility management that combines advanced assisted reproductive technologies with evidence-based nutrition, micronutrient support, and early clinical intervention to improve patient outcomes.
