Dr. Nair began his professional journey with the RPG Group before taking on senior HR leadership roles at Thomas Cook India and Cipla, where he led large-scale talent management, organizational development, and business transformation initiatives. He later played a pivotal role in scaling ZingHR, contributing to the growth of one of India’s leading cloud-based HR technology platforms. Academically, Dr. Nair holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from Calicut University and a Fellowship of Post Graduate Management (FPM) in Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad). His doctoral research and extensive industry experience have established him as a thought leader in organizational behavior, leadership, HR analytics, change management, and the application of technology in human resource management.
