He advised on mergers and acquisitions, debt, and private-equity transactions worth close to USD 1 billion during his tenures with KPMG’s Corporate Finance–M&A team and the structured finance division at Yes Bank in Mumbai. This financial and strategic expertise has directly informed his work at Ujala Cygnus, where he leads major strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, digital innovation, and business partnerships.
