QMS Medical Allied Services

Rajesh Jha is a healthcare services leader serving as CEO – Patient Support Services at QMS Medical Allied Services Ltd., where he is associated with the development and delivery of patient-centric healthcare solutions. His professional focus aligns with the growing need to strengthen continuity of care, improve treatment adherence and make healthcare support more accessible to patients navigating complex treatment journeys. QMS Medical Allied Services is an integrated healthcare solutions company with operations spanning patient support programmes, preventive screening, healthcare marketing, digital engagement and medical products.

Rajesh has been associated with the leadership of Saarathi Healthcare, the patient-support services business connected with QMS. His contribution to this ecosystem reflects the importance of combining operational expertise, pharmaceutical partnerships and structured patient engagement to address challenges that extend beyond diagnosis and prescription. Patient Support Programmes (PSPs) play an important role in helping patients understand their conditions, navigate treatment pathways, receive counselling and maintain adherence to prescribed therapies. QMS’s service portfolio includes therapy-adherence initiatives, patient education, counselling, screening and patient assistance, designed to strengthen engagement among patients, healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical companies.

His association with Saarathi has also been acknowledged by its former leadership. In a public account of the organisation’s journey, founder Ranjeeta Vinil recognised Rajesh Jha and Mohit Tamhankar for their belief and contribution to building Saarathi into a healthcare services business with significant reach and impact. In September 2026, QMS announced plans to combine its patient-support business with that of HealthCare atHOME India under Saarathi Healthcare, bringing together complementary capabilities in patient enrolment, treatment initiation, adherence, assistance and disease management. The proposed combined platform was designed to serve more than 1.2 million patients through over 160 programmes, supported by more than 2,000 professionals across 35-plus cities.

Driven by the broader objective of making healthcare more connected, responsive and patient-focused, Rajesh’s work sits at the intersection of healthcare operations, patient engagement and pharmaceutical services. His professional journey reflects the growing importance of structured support systems in helping patients navigate treatment and sustain care beyond clinical consultations.
