Nagarajan has, in the past, served as Vice President of Human Resources at Philips Electronics India Limited, as head of sales and services and took up roles such as the head of consumer electronics and HR during his tenure there. He has spent almost two decades in the food industry, working with Nestle, Cadbury, Joyco and Frito Lay. He served as Senior Director at CE Sales & Service of Joyco India Ltd. He is a graduate in dairy technology from Anand, Gujarat and holds a diploma in management from IIM Ahmedabad.
