An alumnus of the Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, where he earned a Post Graduate Programme in Management (Finance & IT), Sachin also holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Technological Institute of Textiles, Bhiwani. Earlier, at Tech Mahindra, he led product management and strategic alliances for mobile payments and financial services solutions. His career also includes leadership roles at Mahindra Comviva, Buongiorno Digital Innovation, Bharti Airtel, and other organizations, where he contributed to product development, digital commerce, and telecommunications innovation.

At Care Health Insurance, Sachin has been instrumental in developing ecosystem-based insurance solutions by partnering with fintech companies, digital health platforms, NBFCs, healthcare providers, and payment networks. His work focuses on embedded insurance, digital health integration, OPD insurance, healthcare financing, and technology-enabled customer engagement.
