A seasoned healthcare and business leader with over three decades of rich, diverse experience across multiple industries—including textiles, chemicals, IT, telecom, and healthcare—he has been instrumental in shaping Pathkind into a trusted diagnostics franchise that reaches deep into urban and underserved markets alike.

Before co-founding and promoting Pathkind, Sanjeev led India’s largest diagnostics company, SRL Diagnostics (now Agilus Diagnostics), as its CEO, where he strengthened its operational scale and national presence. His professional journey also includes leadership roles in Fortis Healthcare, where he was responsible for hospital operations and mergers & acquisitions, giving him a strong foundation in both clinical support services and strategic business transformations.

Under his leadership at Pathkind—established in 2016 in partnership with the Mankind Pharma group—the company has rapidly expanded its network of laboratories and collection centers across multiple states, offering a portfolio of thousands of tests across biochemistry, hematology, molecular diagnostics, and specialized services. His vision has been clear: combining advanced laboratory technology with a three-tier hub-and-spoke model to expand access to diagnostic testing beyond metro areas, thereby promoting early detection and preventive healthcare at scale.

Sanjeev holds an undergraduate degree from Panjab University and blends his strong business acumen with operational expertise, enabling Pathkind to strengthen its service delivery while adopting digital tools and automated platforms to enhance turnaround times and quality standards. He has also been active in industry forums, holding leadership and advisory roles that influence diagnostics sector policy and collaboration, and has received recognition for his contributions to healthcare delivery and strategic leadership.
