They established two World Toilet College projects in India and trained over 15000 participants over a period of 3 years. Sarika has been managing WTC in Singapore and trained participants from NGOs, government representatives, university students, corporates, and NTUC childcare attendants for two years, raising approximately 430K SGD for WTC. They also raised 90K USD from ADB.

Their work history includes roles such as co-owner at DSSN, consultant cum principal investigator at Voca, and project management consultant at AIF. Earlier in their career, Sarika was a young professional at RLEK schools and Capart.

Sarika holds a Master of Social Sciences from the Indian Institute of Rural Management, where they won a Gold Medal for securing first position in the class; an M.Com from Choudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut; a Strategic Nonprofit Management degree from Harvard Business School Executive Education; and a degree from the University of Pennsylvania Centre for Social Impact Strategy. They are also the recipient of the Leadership Gold Award.
