I am the Chief Operating Officer – India Business at Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (BSV), based in Mumbai. I bring over two decades of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry across specialty therapies, branded generics and innovative healthcare solutions. Throughout my career, I have led high-growth businesses, expanded therapeutic portfolios, built high-performing teams and shaped strategic go-to-market models across India. Prior to joining BSV, I held senior commercial and business leadership roles at Sun Pharma, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Ranbaxy Laboratories and Nicholas Piramal, where I was responsible for driving growth across specialty segments including oncology, urology and critical care. At BSV, I lead the strategy and operations for the company’s India business, including commercial execution, portfolio expansion and business transformation. I am passionate about advancing access to specialty therapies, biologics, maternal health and life-saving critical care solutions, and driving meaningful impact in clinical and patient outcomes. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Institute of Management Education, Pune.
