Prior to joining Polyamyna, he held leadership roles with global organizations, including Thermo Fisher Scientific and Diversey Holdings Ltd., where he contributed to market expansion, corporate strategy, and high-performance sales initiatives across diverse industries.

At Polyamyna Nanotech, Sachdeva is actively involved in promoting next-generation antimicrobial coating technologies designed to reduce hospital-acquired infections and strengthen infection prevention systems.
