Sriram Iyer is the Chief Executive Officer of Apollo Health & Lifestyle Limited, the retail healthcare subsidiary of India’s Apollo Hospitals Enterprise that operates Apollo Clinic and related primary care, wellness, diagnostics, and specialty healthcare formats across India and the Middle East. In his leadership role, he is responsible for steering the company’s strategic direction, driving business growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and reinforcing Apollo Health’s mission to provide accessible, quality, and patient-centric healthcare services close to communities.

A seasoned business and healthcare leader with more than 25 years of cross-industry experience, Sriram brings deep expertise in sales, marketing, retail operations, and strategic growth. Before joining Apollo Health & Lifestyle Limited in 2023, he held senior leadership positions across sectors including healthcare, insurance, and consumer technology—notably serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Metropolis Healthcare, where he led sales, marketing, and revenue strategy, and as President & Country Head – Health Insurance at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, where he oversaw both retail and group health insurance businesses. His earlier career also includes leadership roles in major organizations such as Vodafone, Motorola Mobility, and Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, where he developed strong capabilities in P&L management, distribution strategy, and digital transformation.

Academically grounded with an MBA in Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University and executive education from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Sriram’s leadership reflects a blend of strategic insight and operational excellence. Since taking on the CEO role, he has emphasized deploying technology, process optimization, and customer-centric models to strengthen Apollo Health’s footprint in primary care, preventive health, diagnostics, and allied services.

Under his stewardship, Apollo Health & Lifestyle Limited has undertaken initiatives to streamline operations and improve internal efficiency—such as adopting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP to enhance financial and operational planning—while expanding its service offerings and reinforcing its position as a leading organized healthcare provider in India.
