Surajit Mukherjee is a seasoned healthcare industry executive and currently serves as the Chief Business Officer at NIRAMAI Health Analytix, a Bengaluru-based health-tech company known for its AI-powered breast cancer screening solution. With more than two decades of experience across the medical devices, diagnostics, and healthcare services sectors, he plays a key role in driving the commercial strategy and global adoption of NIRAMAI’s innovative screening technology across hospitals and diagnostic centers.

At NIRAMAI, Surajit leads business development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives aimed at scaling the company’s flagship technology, Thermalytix—an artificial-intelligence-based thermography solution designed for early detection of breast cancer through a non-invasive, radiation-free approach. His work focuses on strengthening collaborations with healthcare institutions, expanding access to affordable screening solutions, and accelerating the adoption of digital health technologies that improve early diagnosis and patient outcomes.

Before joining NIRAMAI, Surajit held several senior leadership roles across global healthcare and medical technology companies. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Joint Managing Director of Widex India Private Limited, where he led the company’s retail hearing-care business and expanded its presence in the Indian market. Earlier in his career, he managed Asia-Pacific operations for WomenCare Global and held leadership positions in sales and business development with leading multinational medical technology firms, including Stryker, ZOLL Medical, and Abbott Vascular.

His professional expertise spans healthcare commercialization, strategic alliances, profit center management, and market development across multiple geographies. Known for his ability to scale healthcare technologies from innovation to market adoption, Surajit has successfully led diverse business units across medical equipment, medical devices, and healthcare services sectors.

Academically, he holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Pune and has completed an advanced management program at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. Through his leadership at NIRAMAI Health Analytix, Surajit Mukherjee continues to contribute to the advancement of AI-driven healthcare innovation, helping expand access to early cancer detection technologies and strengthening preventive healthcare ecosystems in India and beyond.
