Mr. Gadhia began his career in the pharmaceutical industry, where he was instrumental in introducing advanced fertility therapies to the Indian market. During his tenure with Serum Institute of India, VHB Life Sciences, and Bharat Serums and Vaccines, he contributed significantly to the commercialization of reproductive health products, including helping launch India’s first biosimilar recombinant FSH (rFSH), a milestone that expanded access to advanced fertility treatments nationwide.

He subsequently transitioned into fertility healthcare delivery, becoming a founding member of Nova IVF Fertility, where he played a pivotal role in establishing India’s first organized IVF chain. He later served as Chief Executive Officer of ART Fertility Clinics (India), where he successfully expanded the network across multiple cities while strengthening clinical governance, operational excellence, and patient-centric care. He also served as Senior Partner & CEO (IVF Clinics Vertical – India & Emerging Markets) at BlackCap Equity Management, where he led the world’s first dedicated fertility investment platform, focusing on strategic investments, acquisitions, and healthcare transformation. Before joining Indira IVF, he was the Executive Director & CEO of Ferty9 Fertility Center, driving rapid expansion, digital transformation, and clinical excellence across the organization.
