Vipin Pathak is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Care24, a technology-enabled home healthcare platform dedicated to delivering professional medical and caregiving services directly to patients’ homes across India. As a healthcare entrepreneur, he has been instrumental in building a scalable model for accessible, affordable, and reliable home-based healthcare services in the country.

Pathak co-founded Care24 in 2014 along with Garima Tripathi, Abhishek Tiwari, and Pranshu Sharma with the vision of addressing the growing demand for structured home healthcare solutions in India. The platform connects patients with trained healthcare professionals such as nurses, physiotherapists, and medical attendants, offering services that range from post-hospitalization care and chronic disease management to geriatric support, rehabilitation, and physiotherapy.

Under his leadership, Care24 has grown into a recognized provider of home healthcare services, supporting thousands of patients and families by enabling recovery and long-term care within the comfort of their homes. The company operates primarily in major urban centers such as Mumbai and Delhi-NCR and has served tens of thousands of families while building a large network of trained caregivers and healthcare professionals.

Before founding Care24, Vipin Pathak built extensive experience in strategy and consulting, having worked with global firms including PwC and EY, where he focused on performance improvement, business strategy, and operational transformation initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, which laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey.
