Agenda

Opening Session :- India’s Integrated Health and Socio-Economy Impact Post COVID-19

The pandemic has taught us that siloing health needs may not necessarily help us become and remain healthy. Health is an outcome of several interconnected factors — food, water, environment, hygiene and sanitation, to mention a few. While increasing health budget, launching universal coverage and advance digital health mission are important for India, it can help people more effectively if they are implemented effectively, and focuses on overall wellbeing of common people to improve socio-economy outcome of the country. It is time to transform the meaning of health as care for all and prioritize creation of a robust healthcare mechanism. The session will look into various ways to integrate the frontal health systems post COVID with an improved socio-economy outcome

Necessity is not only the mother of invention, but can be crucial to further existent facilities. When the contagious COVID-19 virus required physical distancing, technology came to save potential healthcare delivery disruptions. It fueled the growth of telemedicine, about 20 years after it was introduced. As India aims to utilise the growing acceptance of digital healthcare to bring in better integration of health services and availability of information through Digital footprints the session looks into the role of healthcare innovations around internet of things (IoT), block chain, and artificial intelligence (AI) to improve access to quality and affordable healthcare.

Fighting non communicable diseases is challenging and crucial in managing the treatment
and the right nutrition. The country and the government’s focus on managing current COVID
circumstances is throwing a bigger challenge on the patients to manage the existing non
communicable disease burden, and fighting their daily battle of treatment and regular
checkups. Similarly, mental stress among people has taken a silent toll which is directly
affecting even common people with the noticeable behaviour and health issues.
The session will focus on the critical issues people are facing to find solution for their day to
day treatment and how mental health can be manage through healthy eating and regular
activities for better wellness and quality life.
